For more than 20 years our primary product for competitive shooters has been Mental Management for Shooting Sports. This program originally in cassette tape and later on CD includes almost 7 hours of information on the mental game as it applies to all shooting sports. The product has been updated every few years to keep it current. All of the applications are made to shooting in general but there is no specific application to one shooting sport. This program is still in our current catalog and remains one of our best sellers.
The new product Winning Sporting Clays – It’s All in Your Mind is specific to Sporting Clays and FITASC type events. The 6 CD audio program takes the principles and techniques that we teach and applies them directly to the Sporting Clays shooter. Approximately 60% of the information is totally new and is not addressed on Mental Management for Shooting Sports. The 40% that is basically the same kind of information is made more valuable to the listener because the application is so specific to the sport.
Winning Sporting Clays includes a discussion of the tournament mental system that we teach to the shooters that attend out training seminars here in our studios. You will learn how shooters develop consistent mental performances. You will learn how to significantly reduce the mental errors that you might make in a competition resulting in more targets hit and greater enjoyment of the sport. We discuss the common errors Sporting Clays shooters make and how to avoid them. In addition much is said about pressure control, how to build Self-Image and how to train the mind at the same time that you are training the gun-body system.
Winning Sporting Clays does not replace Mental Management for Shooting Sports. It expands and enhances the program providing a clearer and more focused application for the Sporting Clays shooter.
